We commonly review development plans that may have a significant impact on the surrounding environment. We review those plans with close attention to the proposed storm water systems and erosion control measures.

Village of Albion Storm Sewer FY 2000

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design and Construction Phase Engineering Services for the Village of Albion Fiscal Year 2000 Storm Sewer Project. This project required close coordination with several utility companies, residents, local businesses, and various other agencies.

The project consisted of the installation of approximately 4,000 LF of 21” through 48” diameter storm sewer, catch basins, storm manholes and an outfall structure along various streets in the Village of Albion.

Village of Albion Platt St. Storm Sewer

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design and Construction Phase Engineering Services for the Village of Albion Platt Street Storm Sewer Project. This project required close coordination with several utility companies, residents, property owners, and various other agencies.

The project consisted of the installation of approximately 1,100 LF of 24-inch through 48-inch diameter storm sewer, catch basins, and storm manholes, cross lots through a residential neighborhood. This project solved a localized drainage problem that had been plaguing a residential neighborhood for many years. The large diameter pipe was installed between houses and garages with minimal impact to the residents. This Project also required relocation of an existing 16-inch diameter water main, high pressure gas main relocation, and coordination with other utilities.

Village of Albion Storm Sewer FY 97-98

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design and Construction Phase Engineering Services for the Village of Albion Fiscal Year 1997/1998 Storm Sewer Project. This project required close coordination with utility companies, residents, local businesses, and various other agencies.

The project consist of the installation of approximately 6,100 LF of 18-inch to 48-inch diameter storm sewer, catch basins, storm manholes, and an outfall structure.

Village of Albion Moore Street Storm Sewers

This Project consisted of the installation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of 18” to 36” diameter storm sewer, manholes, catch basins, and other miscellaneous appurtenances to serve the residents of the Moore Street, Joseph Street, and Knapp Street area.

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design & Construction Administration Services, including the Resident Project Representative during construction. This project was partially funded by a US HUD Small Cities Grant of $400,000.

Village of Holley Phase III Storm Sewer

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided Design and Construction Engineering Services for the Village of Holley Phase III Storm Sewer Remediation.

The project involved:

  • Replacement of 3,000 LF of 12” to 36” diameter storm sewers under Village streets.
  • Two crossings of State Highways.
  • Reconstruction of an existing storm sewer outfall through a wooded park area.
  • Relocations of existing utilities to facilitate the work.
  • Coordination of efforts on a joint storm sewer outfall with the NYS DOT.
  • Approval from the NYS DEC, NYS DOT, & NYS OPHRP.
  • Coordination with local residents and businesses.

Village of Lyndonville W. Avenue Storm Sewer

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design and Construction Phase Engineering Services for the installation of approximately 2,500 linear feet of 24 inch diameter storm sewer, manholes, and catch basins to serve the residents along West Avenue and to alleviate drainage concerns throughout an industrial area of the Village.

This Project required close coordination with Village of Lyndonville DPW, several local businesses, residents, New York State DEC, New York State DOT, and other involved agencies.

Village of Nunda Gibbs Street Storm Sewer

Chatfield Engineers, P.C. provided the Design and Construction Phase Engineering Services for the Gibbs Street Storm Sewer Project within the Village of Nunda. This project required close coordination with the Utility Companies, residents, local businesses, and various other agencies.

The projects consist of the installation of approximately 270 LF of 36” diameter storm sewer, catch basins, standard manholes, and an outfall structure.
